Our story: Levin Baptist Church
Levin Baptist Church was planted in 1950 by a group of about 30 Christians, and their children, who had been meeting for fellowship informally in private homes for a few years prior. The inaugural service was held at the Oddfellows hall, 268 Oxford St. The first sermon preached was on 1 Corinthians 3:9, that the people of the church are the building God that is building.
